Let's talk about my activity. I get home from Football around 5-5:30PM and I am usually on till 9:30PM. That is roughly seven hours a day. I am dedicated to this server. I am an Corporal in the PD and I would say that I am a good officer. I RP correctly, I make sure my Fellow Officers behave correctly at all times, and follow the rules. I am very strict with rules and I am a follow through person, I do not just let things slide. I do in fact follow the rules. I used to act a little mingy I do admit, but I do not anymore and nor do I plan to. I have converted myself to a serious RPer and I am not joking about that. I want this server to become more serious so I act more serious. I respect other player's immersion as well as my own. I do not like to break RP. I have staff experience. I got up to community-manager on this server and resigned due to not having time, but now I have fixed that problem. I am very familiar with the staff rules and I have never broken one in my past experiences. I am familiar with all of the staff commands, and procedures. I want to help make this community better by moderating the server and making sure rules are being followed and players are being respected, no matter what race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. I want everybody to have a fair RP experience and to all in all enjoy their time on Fast-Roleplay. [color=#000000][b]Why should we pick you to be staff? (min: 75) ):[/b][/color] You should pick me to be a staff because I want to be able to help people have a better time on FastRP. I also want to to prevent trolls and minges from corrupting the server. I want to help deal with problems that arise without having to bother other mods to come do it. I hate having to report people because I feel like I am bothering the other mods but I gotta do it sometimes. I also feel like I have a very logical calm and cool personality to be able to carry out this task. I feel like I would be a good fit for the job and be able to assist managing the server with my ability to be completely rational when dealing with conflict. Often I try to lean toward positive reinforcement rather than negative reinforcement as it seems to work better as people feel better about themselves.
